In this tutorial we will show how to perform a batch query with DASMIweb. Batch querying referes to the retrieval of interactions for multiple interactors, for instance, a set of interesting genes, with a single query. As DASMIweb has been developed for the integration of single interactors, this implies some major changes to the way results are presented. Therefore, results of a batch query are not visualized like normal queries, but a file containing the interactions will directly be provided.
To request the batch retrieval panel, click on the link in the top left query panel.
