Step 14: Exporting the results

DASMIweb offers you the possibility to download the interaction data, for instance, to reuse it in software tools like Cytoscape. Currently DASMIweb supports two export formats: The Simple Interaction Format (SIF), a very basic flat file format, which has been defined by the Cytoscape consortium, and the PSI MITAB2.5 format, a simplified tabular version of the PSI-MI2.5 XML format. We are working on incorporating additional export formats like PSI-MI2.5 XML.
