Batch retrieval

We offer a step-by-step HTML tutorial on the usage of the batch export feature.

  1. Insert the identifiers of your query proteins in the left 'Input' text box below, one identifier per line (Load examplary query list). The 'Identified' box in the middle will list all identifiers that DASMIweb correctly assigned to an identifier system, the 'Unknown' text box right will contain all identifiers that were not identifieable by DASMIweb. You can define the search mode (exact or partial matching) in the myDASMI rectangle at the right border of the screen.
  2. Select the data export format.
  3. Press the 'Batch query' button.
  4. Right after all data sources have returned their interactions, you will be provided with a link to the resulting interaction data file.
